Submissions should be original, not published or being considered elsewhere for any other conference or publication. Please note that the working language is English.
Papers go through a ‘double-blind review’ process that evaluates their significance, originality, contribution and clarity. Upon acceptance please make sure that at least one author registers to secure a slot for their presentation in the conference program.
All papers accepted as full or short (summary) papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book and CD (with ISBN).
Authors of selected best papers will be invited to publish their paper in one of the international journals that supports our conference:

When the full paper is accepted and will be published in the journal, only the short version of the paper (paper summary) will be published in the conference proceeding.
